Elon Musk's mother Maye says she rests in a carport when she visits him

Maye Musk has revealed she naps in a "carport" when she visits her child, tycoon and world's most extravagant man Elon Musk.
Elon, 51, is the chief executive of Tesla and the mastermind behind SpaceX and is worth an expected $257.3bn (£219bn).
Maye, who currently lives in New York, focused on her cozy relationship with her eldest child in another session, revealing that despite being valued at $125 billion, SpaceX doesn't have the most glamorous base camp.
"I need to rest in the carport," she told The Times of her visits to the Texas site. “You can't have an extravagant house near a missile site.
Due to her child's prosperity, Maye said she realized he was amazingly sharp when he was three years old and that her nickname for him was "Virtuoso Boy".
She said he "remembered everything he read". "He was constantly capturing data. We could ask him anything. This was before the web. I guess we'd call it the web now," she added.
Musk previously put his knowledge to the test in 1983 when he created his own PC game.
At the time, Maye said, she showed it to some college students, who were amazed that she knew all the alternative ways to code.
"These people were in their second and third year of software engineering and they were extremely dazzled," she assessed.

Elon is the child of Maye and Errol Musk, whom Maye separated in 1979. After the separation, she moved to Canada with Elon and his relatives Kimbal (49) and Tosca (48).
Recalling that time, Maye said it was "terrifying" because the family had constant cash problems and the constant fear of not being able to provide for their children.
"I needed to wear Elon and Tosca's dresses because I couldn't bear to buy new dresses," she said.
"There were difficult situations. Tosca and I joked recently about how we lived in a one-bedroom loft for a whole year. After leaving my marriage, I was in a lot of pain. I was nervous about not being able to take care of my children. "
