Krispy Kreme will send out a unique limited edition Artemis Moon donut on Monday, the day NASA is scheduled to send the rocket that will eventually carry humans on an unmanned experimental exercise around the moon. The Artemis I mission is the most important phase in NASA's unprecedented 50-year plan to land a man on the moon.
The Lunar Broadcast Donut is filled with spiced cheesecake cream and dipped in deli and cream frosting, according to a CNN report. Icy eddies mimic the rough surface of the moon.
The donut will be available Monday at Krispy Kreme locations nationwide.
