Federico Valverde Player of The Month: Federico Valverde was voted player of the month for September by Mahou Cinco Estrellas. The midfielder received the award in recognition of his excellent performances during the second month of the season as Real Madrid won all five games he played, three in LaLiga and two in the Champions League. The Uruguayan ace was deployed in all five games, scoring three goals and adding two assists. After presenting the trophy, he commented: "Thank you so much for voting.
